Smart Tec Solutions, Smart Tec Mech, and Smart Tec Networks executed a comprehensive £3.2 million MEP fit-out over 20,000 sq ft for Lush’s flagship store on Buchanan Street. This project, marking the first collaboration with McCabe McGinn and Lush, included bespoke lighting, advanced plumbing, and structured cabling. Completed within 22 weeks, the store opens on December 8, 2023, showcasing the teams’ commitment to excellence.
Smart Tec Solutions Limited and Smart Tec Mech Limited collectively executed a full MEP fit-out project starting in July, covering over 20,000 square feet to transform Scotland’s first and largest Lush anchor store on Buchanan Street. This flagship location, housed in one of Glasgow’s most iconic buildings, provides Lush with the opportunity to create a global flagship experience with innovative experiential concepts.
The project included the installation of bespoke lighting and state-of-the-art plumbing facilities across the basement, ground, and three upper floors of the building – totalling £1.7 million. Smart Tec Solutions and Smart Tec Mech meticulously redesigned the infrastructure to support Lush’s vision, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic excellence.
Smart Tec Networks Limited, a notable collaborator in this project, installed structured cabling solutions for the entire building, further enhancing its operational capabilities and connectivity.
